After the consultation, the daily fee is $550. Depending on the project and your budget, they may spend one day with you or up to several weeks. In other words, small projects are welcome. These talented guys can do wonders in a day! If the project is out of the Los Angeles area, there is an additional $120 per day for living expenses. ...the house in Claremont is right now in Escrow. The agent listed it on a Thursday, and between Friday and Sunday there were about 7 viewers, 4 offers to buy, 2 full-price and 2 over the listing price. People were mildly interested in the house, much more interested in the garden. They were responding to the naturalness, the peace, the meditative atmosphere (those were some of the words they used). I'm convinced the paths and the bungung had a lot to do with how attracted people were----well, and of course, the oak trees, masters of the garden. "What wonders you two create!!! The yard is just beyond my imagination with beauty. The lights look wonderful. Of course, the neighbors are all loving it as well. You took my very boring house and made it stand out in the crowd. Painting the threshold black was just the perfect touch on the porch. I put the first coat on yesterday and it looks great.
